Borrowing and Gearing Policy
UEM repaid all amounts outstanding under its £50.0m unsecured multicurrency revolving bank facility with The Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch, prior to its maturity date on 15 March 2024. UEM is currently in discussions regarding a replacement revolving facility.
Duration of UEM
UEM has an indefinite life but a continuation resolution will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2026 and at every fifth annual general meeting thereafter.
